The SailPoint Developer will design and develop application code to support the Identity Management system deployment. They will participate as part of the SailPoint team for development and support related work. Must be flexible enough to work with new technologies as well as legacy systems.
The SailPoint Developer will both develop and maintain SailPoint customizations and assist in the daily operations of the SailPoint platform. Deliver efficient, maintainable, robust enterprise solutions in a Java environment. Integrate applications utilizing SailPoint’s out-of-the-box and custom connectors, developing user provisioning or de-provisioning workflows, and developing rules that aid in data collection.
Support the access review process with customizations with exclusion, pre-delegation and active period rules.
Establish separation of duty policies and configuring alerts for the active polices. Build custom rules to setup continuous certification for access review of all users. Maintain and integrate with existing applications by implementing new features and fixing defects. Guiding code through release management steps utilizing Identity IQ services standard build process through development, test, and production environments. Maintain work in the specified versioning and revision control system.
Assist systems administrators in deploying application .war files and troubleshooting Identity IQ related issues. Adhering to current change control and development process and procedures. Adhering to current documentation standards and producing necessary documentation for training and compliance. Actively participating in decision making with identity management team, with an understanding the broader impact of decisions
Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in Computer Science is preferred.
5 – 7 years in the IT services field is required.
3 – 5 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM) in preferred.
2 -3 years of experience in SailPoint Idenitiy IQ implementation and configuration for application on-boarding for access certification and provisioning is preferred.
Experience developing custom connectors between SailPoint and target applications using Java technologies. Experience with Role Mining, Role based access control and access request and certification with products such as SailPoint, RSA Aveksa Access Governance Suite, Oracle Identity Analytics.
Experience with IIQ aggregation, workflows, tasks, rules, roles, and user life cycle management processes. Experience facilitating business process design as it relates to managing identities and access privileges.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating those into system requirements.
Experience with QA duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans).
Understanding of current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security/audit compliance. Understand business environment and basic risk management approaches. Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills.
